Availability of information

The provider undertakes to provide the buyer with the following information at all times: company identity, contact addresses, essential characteristics of the goods or services, availability of products, terms of delivery of the product or performance of the service, all prices clearly and unambiguously determined, method of payment and delivery, time validity of the offer, the period during which it is still possible to withdraw from the contract and the conditions for withdrawal and the explained procedure in the event of a complaint, including all information about the contact person or customer service department.

Payment

In the online store of KGZ Ribnica z.o.o. the provider allows the following payment methods:
- Cash in Advance
- payment by credit card

Validity of the offer

 The prices are valid in the case of payment with the above-mentioned payment methods, under the above-mentioned conditions. All prices include VAT, unless explicitly stated otherwise. 

Despite our best efforts to provide the most up-to-date and accurate information, it may happen that the price information is incorrect. In this case, or in the event that the price of the item changes during the processing of the order, the provider will allow the buyer to withdraw from the purchase, and at the same time, the provider will offer the buyer a solution that will be mutually satisfactory. If the product is not in stock, the price may change, and the provider will notify the customer.

Purchase procedure

1. After placing an order, the buyer receives an email notification that the order has been accepted. After this step, the buyer has the possibility to cancel the order within one hour.

2. The order is confirmed. If the Buyer does not cancel the order, the order is processed further, at which time the Supplier reviews the order, checks the deliverability of the items ordered and confirms or rejects the order with a reason. The Provider may call the Buyer on the Buyer's contact telephone number to verify the information or to ensure the accuracy of the delivery. Upon confirmation of the order, the Supplier shall inform the Buyer by e-mail of the estimated delivery date. The contract for the purchase of the ordered items between the Buyer and the Provider is irrevocably concluded at this stage and the Provider accepts no liability for any damages resulting from longer delivery times.

3. The Supplier prepares and dispatch the Goods within the agreed time limit and shall notify the Buyer thereof by e-mail. In the aforementioned e-mail, the Supplier shall also inform the Buyer of the return policy, where to go in the event of a delay in delivery and where to go in the event of a complaint.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract in writing within 14 days, without having to give a reason for his/her decision, by sending a written notice to the company at the following contact e-mail address: sr@kgz-ribnica.si The consumer must then return the goods to the company within 14 days of the written notice of withdrawal, bearing the direct costs of the return himself/herself. The consumer shall be liable for any diminution in the value of the goods if the diminution in value is the result of handling which is not strictly necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. A copy of the order and the invoice must be attached. The costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the buyer. The supplier shall reimburse the purchase price immediately or, at the latest, within 14 days of receipt of the notice of withdrawal, reimburse all payments received.

In the case of sales contracts, the undertaking may withhold the reimbursement of payments received until the consumer has taken delivery of the returned goods or until the consumer has provided proof that he has sent the goods back, unless the undertaking offers the option of taking delivery of the returned goods himself.

Delivery time

Delivery times are expressed in a number of working days and are a minimum of 10 days from the date of the order, usually the next day if the order is placed by 10.00.

Delivery

The supplier must deliver the goods within the promised time. Delivery for the Kgz Ribnica online shop is carried out by DPD d.o.o. - parcel and courier distribution.

Security

The Provider uses appropriate technological and organisational means to protect the transmission and storage of personal data, orders and payments. The text of the contract - invoice will be kept and will be accessible to the customer at our company.

Complaints and disputes

The provider must acknowledge receipt of the complaint within five working days, inform the user how long it will take to process the complaint and keep the user informed of the progress of the procedure. The Provider shall use its best endeavours to resolve any disputes amicably.

In accordance with the legal norms, Kgz Ribnica z.o.o. recognises the European Centre for Dispute Resolution at the e-mail address info@ecdr.si with the telephone number: 08 2056590 as the provider of out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes as the competent authority for the settlement of a consumer dispute which a consumer may have initiated in accordance with the Act on the Out-of-Court Settlement of Consumer Disputes.

Kgz Ribnica z.o.o. (hereinafter referred to as the "Controller") protects the confidentiality of your personal data and ensures that they are adequately protected against any event that may compromise their security.

To this end, the Controller implements policies and measures relating to the collection and use of personal data and the exercise of your rights under the relevant legislation. The Controller ensures that the policies and measures adopted for the protection of personal data are updated whenever necessary and whenever there are normative and organisational changes that may affect the processing of your personal data.
